Today I am super super excited to be back. Yeah I know. Like even more so.
I’ve been waiting for this interview for a long time. So today we have Jason Bowden Smith in. He’s a successful entrepreneur author speaker founded four companies during his business career including one of the largest and most successful contaminated land consultancy company in Australia.
Now he’s worked over 25 years in diversified environmental health. And he holds to applied science degrees and he’s published eleven peer reviewed papers including three the most prestigious medical journal of Australia. So you know some shit.
You know some shit a couple of amazing books in which I’m sure we’re going to get into here. But what I really want to talk to you about Jason is what you’re doing now and getting into your new business that you’re launching in mighty HQ. Can you tell us a little bit about that and your journey to getting there.
Sure. First of all thank you for inviting me onto your podcast. You guys are amazing couple and doing some incredible things so I’m very happy to support Australians who kind of lagged the rest of the world in this area of inquiry. So congratulations and thank you for inviting me on.
So where I find myself today is in a position that I would never support would happen if you asked any of my older friends or my wife why would you speak to Jason about health. You would think you’re nuts. What is the most unhealthy person I’ve ever met. Why would you be speaking to him about health.
And the reason people are now like you ringing me and saying hey come on my podcasts are really excited to hear what you’ve done is not completely transfers of I have a Scottish constitution some like frock and we had to stop and you know I could have 20 schooners and be able to cope like one of those really big constitutions and you know I played hard and I’m 52 years of age now and I played hard from early teenager. Not just in life and parties but in work. I really worked my backside off to get to where I am today and because I was a trucker I just ignored any little symptom my head and if I had to carry carrots will point and your body just says That’s enough. And I’m embarrassed to say that what really happened to the age was my right nameplate. I kept saying it was playing tennis but the truth is that it was table tennis you know. Small.
Size here and his big burly tough Aussie guy married his right knee guys and playing type whatever. So I had an MRI scan of both knees and I had great full coverage on both knees. So my was pretty much almost died on bone. So my college in my heart coverage and away. And that’s the big problem because how complex doesn’t grow back on you. Now I can barely walk. Used to get my crab walk down the stairs and a complete pain. I was a complete mess and that was just beginning I end up getting tested and I had 20 chronic diseases. I had cancer and heart disease high blood pressure diabetes to you know a whole host of injuries. I went to a cranial spectrum person to check out my head and she said how many images that had several. How many do you want to give me a couple. I said well I’ll put my head through windscreen in a car accident.
How was boxing is a primary school student at a school without any headgear. We did have a meltdown. That was a punch they had so many times of playing rugby as a front row. And if you hit by the rugby scrums and the old I used to crash into each other. She was with her head hand. I’m getting a jackhammer to fix your head. Wow. So you’ve been through the channel. Yeah. And what happened and what led to this is. I tried all the you know the mainstream allopathic medical wise. And they just wanted to rock you to health and then you move over to the alternative health or radio whether they’re functional or any of the osteo CEOs in the whole range of holistic medicine.
And to be honest they’re not much different. Instead of giving me drugs they just make a lot of tests and then try and talk to you about the supplements and several work somewhere else. But none of it really got to the root cause of why I was really ill. And this is in 2015 it was actually Christmas 2015 and it was ironically at the beach and I’d spent 30 years.
Inside an office working out an artificial light around technology. Obviously the technology gets more and more concerning with all the wireless stuff that’s come on in the last decade or so. And I had no clue that that was actually damaging to my health. In fact I had no clue that that was the real reason I was sick. No one will ever teach you that. So there was a Christmas I’d given up away right. And you could think about giving up you let go you finally let go. When I finally let go of stuff then the answer appears and I got whatever you want to call I got a message from the universe if you want to call it God whatever to study physics and biology in a way what the hell kind of stem biochemistry and biophysics now I don’t know.
Sure if the audience really understand but I went to university for nearly nine years did two applied science degrees on the impact of the environment on human health. That’s what I did. It’s all I’ve done my whole life and when I started the old Google search to look at biology and physics that’s what I read it to to Cruz’s material Dr Jack Cruz is probably one of the foremost leaders in this area of medicine and research and there was something in his voice that wasn’t what he was saying. There was something that. I had to listen more or more was like a drug. And I I started off with those wonderful kids Jack Cruz’s work. You know there’s a way to do it because most people are going to go.
This is just too hard. These guys are not like he’s rude brash and all of that is true but he is this is probably six steps ahead of most medical people if not all medical people in the world. He really is that brilliant. So I started listening to his podcast his public podcast. And. I went There’s no way. Going to the beach and eating oysters. That’s all I have to do it can’t be true. There’s no way that’s true. I would have heard about this. You know I spent my whole life studying this stuff how I don’t know and I said oh well there’s no I’ll give it a go. Like on the day choice it’s cool. Now it’s a little bit more involved in that and we can get into that in this interview that.
I started getting better. What amazingly DNA. And my blood didn’t probably improve a lot to begin with.
But I could tell I was getting better. It took a while for the bloods to catch up. And then when I added the the third leg of the secret so the three legged stool which was the loaded serial water that’s when I became a 28 year old my energy levels went through the roof.
Let’s talk let’s talk about where we’re all about business and entrepreneurs and them getting the most out of it now want to I want to just highlight. You just mentioned that the three things so.
And that was light water and magnetite. This is a myth. Great. So let’s let’s go on to water for a second because I want to talk because this is this is your if everyone could say that on there this is this is your one of the products from model HQ. Yes. Give us the lowdown on water so that you know why. Yeah. The guys that are listening can kind of get going to get the lowdown on water from you.
Okay. So I just want to finish your question and I write on with a lot of background there. But I wanted to people would understand and I just thought some hippie in the company that I started 20 years ago now has two hundred employees and turns out with 60 million dollars. Yeah I’m a serious business guy and I love technology. Yeah yeah. I just want to put that in and I’m doing this now.
Because everyone needs to know it. Yeah. We’ve discovered the cure for chronic diseases for goodness sake. We’re going to share this information. So I did a deal with Jack Cruz and you know we’re going to do the lower level like the mainstream version of education and offer some products to help people get their mitochondria back to functioning properly. And that’s what this is all about. Before we get in water I think we should explain mitochondria before we get into that. Yes. Yes.
So mitochondria is an organ in all of it’s part of a cell. Most cells have. Mitochondria except for your red blood cells. There’s a reason for that which we won’t go into today but.
Some people say it’s 30 percent of body weight. It’s made up for mitochondria. That’s a Jackson’s I’d say 10 percent written in the book.
A three and a half thousand mitochondria in every brain cell. Now it’s actually dairies and got to 5000 and Dan the two days the berries. But on average.
Three and a half thousand a little bloody mitochondria in every cell. But they’re pretty important. Yeah. So you get them from your mother. So it’s a separate genome. It’s not this is not the separate genome altogether. This is not your parental DNA that gives you your blue eyes and the color of your hair and how high you are. This is from your mother and your grandmother. And this gives you how well. Your energy. And the other important thing about lot of countries the water it makes. Without energy.
So we’re being taught at school that DNA is really important. It’s the most important thing in biochemistry and they are important. But you can if you row with one or you go round in circles. You need to understand mitochondria and biophysics and this is kind of where we’re talking about today is there’s a missing piece of the puzzle that we were never told. I was never told. Most medical people were never taught. And most of all I believe us because we would know about it. It was important. Why. I don’t know about it it can’t be true. Well sorry. It is. And I’m living walking proof and we have hundreds of other people who are joining us moderates cuter to share this message. So water. Let’s get into water because I could rather that mitochondrial DNA. But what about a country. Do they produce energy through this ATP spitting detonated that then motor at the end of the end of the electron chain transport we’re getting too geeky.
And pull me up if I get into too much science because we going to fluctuate whimsical we chase them but I’ll go back to what we probably spoke about before the podcast that was let’s just keep it at 12 year old because I find that when we explain it in concrete terms it helps it like it helps.
It helps us and you know like other people listening to that they’ll get it.
I get that and I’m not a geek. I like to gal above. Yeah.
Out gal let’s just go with let’s do both. So the key thing about mitochondria is.
How Humans coupled with nature.
We forget that we are part of nature. Know we get so smart and so full of ourselves we think we’re above nature but I’m sorry you’re part of it whether you like it or not. And if you go back to let’s go down to primary school biology where we had photosynthesis This is the beginning of all food. The food web starts with photosynthesis. So what happens. A plant has this pigment called chlorophyll and that interacts with sunlight. And water to produce oxygen and sugars like the plant material the animals eat and then we eat the animals and sometimes the plants. So it’s how we coupled with that. Well guess what we do. We take the oxygen and we take those sugars or the animals which eat those plants to give us.
The electrons. It’s not just the fat and the proteins and the carbohydrates they overturned to electrons that go through the electron transport in the mitochondria and it produces. Guess what. Much as energy produces carbon dioxide and water. What appliances again. I mean our carbon dioxide water and sunlight. So we all linked. We forget that simple primary school biology we’ve forgotten that we are linked to nature and we cannot get away from the.
Or we die. Simple as that.
So deuterium depleted water when it jumped right into one of the more complex subjects.
Not. Well it’s up to you if you think that that’s a good.
If you think we should go the other route to the other ones or you’re just excited cause you started drinking it racing you got a lot to tell me about it because I bet you Jason I’ve been telling people about this now for quite a number of months.
It’s really like I was a white one. The reasons are important. It’s because we stopped our mitochondria.

Pretty much 98 percent of the time that’s the average time people live indoors is 98 percent of their life. You get a computer. Think about it. You slept for eight hours. You go to work for another. I.
Should be inside most of us playing with computers in the service industry these days. That leaves eight the planet is anything like what happens when I get up. Well I make breakfast and then I go to work come back when I do have dinner watch TV. Oh yeah. I get that much at all.
Big mistake. So if you living properly donated by the water I’m not here to sell you water.
I am the worst businessman with this project that I’ve ever done in my life because I’d rather sell yet nothing because you don’t have to. You don’t have to use any of the products. Have a modern HQ that we all do because we’re not. You know he has ruined our souls by doing this indoor lifestyle and our mitochondria are working properly. So how do you think that’s going to play the waterworks. Is it helps get in through the cell membrane and flush out. Had a white splint and a 12 year old level. Okay. You’re getting off it’s Ryan.
You’re going through a turnstile. Deuterium is a stable isotope of hydrogen. It’s twice as fat and twice the mass.
So there’s really fat person gets off the train tries to get through that turnstile where there no other people turning it around. That’s the motor that you’re ATP spinning around there the hydrogen the normal sized people the hydrogen. Everything’s working fine. Everyone’s move and everyone’s moving in this really super sized obese massive obese person gets they can’t fit for the turnstile clogs it up.
That’s deteriorated. Once a clogs up enough of those ATP Motors does a spin. The mitochondria can’t make any two tiered to play the water. Can’t make any energy.
If enough of that happens and you don’t fix it through other means of you know unless we want to give it to a top post is not offered G. We should talk about it a little bit. Yeah. If you don’t clear out these issues which you can do naturally cause the cheering is not an evil thing. It’s really important for growth. In fact babies cannot be born unless they’re hearing in Bob’s. The reason they’re allowed to come out of his own vagina in this head squash is up like a cone and pops out is because there’s no molar nation in all the nerves in your brain and that’s stopped deuterium. So bacteria and we have that diabetes that the term is not a dirty word.
And you can live naturally militarism. But what happens we do the wrong thing as we get older. Motivation finishes about 25 26 years of age in the brain then deuterium becomes a problem. If we don’t clear it out. How do we clear it out naturally being in the sun drinking good quality water limiting our Technology any kind of seasonal wholesome foods that’s how we clear it out if we don’t do that it builds up. It builds up we get tired brain fog when we just start feeling like shit and what we think this water does and we’re really in the early days because Western medicine doesn’t even know about this water. The Russians do like they’ve been using for 20 years.
The waterway we’re using its source for Romania.
They have known about it for ages. They say a bottle a day keeps the surgeon away. But I care about apples. It was a full of delirium all fruits full as a Syrian why is fruit full of the dairy. Mm hmm.
Because their babies. An apple is the baby apple tree. It’s designed to have a lot of material like our baby humans are.
So we need to manage editorial levels and one way we can do it is.
Now I don’t want to go into some of the stories that I’ve heard about people drinking this water go to the website go to social media speak to other people because I don’t wanna talk about any cure zones or get anything out of that and you want to have loaded cereal morning using mitochondria not working properly. Once you get back to working properly and have water enable and I’ll just tell you what Jack true sense because I’m not a doctor he’s the neurosurgeon not top of the Pops head of the pyramid of the medical profession. He said loaded Syrian mortar is the most powerful medicine on the planet mount.
Well that’s big as he drops so I’ll go for those out they go out so expensive. The reason it’s so expensive is we start with the best quality water you can buy so the most treated water like Aro treated the ones you buy in the shop. That’s what we start with and then we go through this fractional distillation and there are other processes that we go through to make loaded Tyrion more heavily energy intensive. Extremely expensive to make. But if we have our will Heidi and we can work the Romanians. Our goal as a company is to build our own interior depleted water plants in the Anglo American countries that we’re going to be operating in which will help lower the costs a little bit more greatly because it’s expensive to make but make it more accessible. And I’m an environmental guy right.
I don’t want to ship plastic bottles around the world. Yeah yeah. So that’s our long term goal. It’s a long way to go yet. I just wanted to make it available because Jack crews put a challenge to me in 2007 8 and said the reason we have the highest level of skin cancer or immunity and we get a net to date with obesity with America is because strained water is high deuterium. I call bullshit right. I said I’m going to prove jack wrong. I was going to prove you broke. So you know I’m lucky to have.
You know offices around the whole country and they’re all environmental people and all we do is take samples for a living. Those that hold the spring water I sample the town and water like tap water I sampled rainwater same order creek water and a lot of the mineral waters that are commercially available. And if you go to our website there is a 20 minute discussion I had with Jack Kruse about our results and the implications of those results on what I had asked you to come. The bottom line is he was correct. Australia has a lot of naturally occurring high levels of deuterium. It’s to do with I believe the age of our country. So we’re the oldest continent like it’s really dinosaur us. If you go to the Kimberley’s you know it really is an ancient land. And I think it’s to do with that. Somebody will say because the water falls off of.
Quickly and that’s the reason why I’m not sure if that’s the case. The bottom line is we range between around 150 160 past familiar deuterium. We should be drinking 130 which is impossible to find in most countries. You can find it in like the Rocky Mountains in the US and the Canadian Rockies. It’s about a hundred and thirty. So we have to supplement it at the moment with. The model of water until we get a lot of control working properly. I could rival diabetic period. If you want to know more about a.m. some things about food. So what’s high and low in deteriorating food. So what’s high is the animal candy which is what is or US calls fruit from that term but I think our girls would agree with you it’s fine to eat animal Candy where we are now right in the middle of summer outs.
The reason I’m inside about not having this podcast outside because it’s like 37 degrees outside and I wouldn’t be struggling to get this up is podcast. So in the middle of summer when you’re eating a lot of milk getting a lot of sun that’s when the fruit’s around it’s finally free because your body is naturally dealing with all the extra material. But in winter you should not be eating bananas and mangoes. And we can in Australia because they come from Darwin. Dad I’m in Sydney I know you’re in around Brisbane and for the people in Melbourne listening to this second by bananas and mangoes all year round should not be any the because that’s not their environment eat seasonally. Go to your local market and eat seasonally it’s really important.
I remember that blew me away when I heard Jack talking about how it confuses the gut microbiome.
Yeah. So remember with photo electrical things. We forget that. It’s not a bag of chemicals. They want these photo receptors in our body that all the sun speaks to every day. Like how does a tomato know when to ripen the sun tells them. Yes same thing happens with us. The reason why we like giving up in the morning and going to see every sunrise now is because. It regulates all our circadian biology. It regulates all our formats of all our you know. Signals that we need to tell the body what it needs to do. It’s the first thing you do when you wake up stare is friggin I thought.
Well you’re telling your body it’s twelve o’clock. SIMON You go to bed. What would you do that.
I someone is silly would do that.
So how does that work through the retina as well.
So it’s not just the red. It’s also your skin wrap. So we’ve found they the receptors melon obscene is now available in all sub continuous fat undressed skin and in part of our organs. But it’s a lot of it’s in our eyes and our retina. So we have you the photo receptors in our eyes. So they give you the ultraviolet light receptors in our eyes. So why are you wearing sunglasses. While we’re trying to block it like we designed to take those frequencies in and play a very important role in our biochemistry and our biology.
I threw sunglasses away three years ago. And events at all you can’t do it. My eyes hurt and I was one of them. I wore sunglasses more than I will. Underpants. And I threw away three years ago and.
I’ve never worn them since. Nothing gets really Larry. I’ll put a hat on and if I’m out fishing and the sun’s bouncing off the water in the morning and I really want to try get the Kingfish out before the sharks get it I will put some Polaroid sunglasses on so I can see it better. And maybe if I was skiing I want to get snow blind. I may wear them there as well. But apart from that no sunglasses ever.
So what does it say about somebody if they. Because I when Shane first said take your sunglasses off don’t wear them anymore I’m like Are you crazy. I was like I’d go outside and my eyes water and I have. It’s so difficult to go outside without sunglasses. What does that say about somebody.
Well it means that they’re allergic to the sun. They’re allergic to the giver of all life who’s not a great idea and you will go through a bit of a phase of having i.e. issues like I did when I these sunglasses I won’t had a lot to get over that but now. I have no issues at all like I was down the base this morning and it was bouncing off the water. Man was I squinting and gagging. What is it. Because it was pretty bright but it didn’t. What size me. It didn’t worry me. Which is why I get a squint a bit and there is some evidence squinting is actually good for you.
Yeah there was I mean you’re wearing glasses now I’m wearing glasses because I don’t want this artificial light getting to my eyes and these are these are lenses specifically designed for daytime that don’t hurt vision. And don’t hurt color. As I’ve blocked about 30 to 50 percent of all the different L.A. day you know the 450 to 550 nanometer range they grow. I would like to list my daytime blue blocking glasses so I’ll wear them when I’m inside. No I have no lights on. So a natural light coming in but the scrape that I’m looking at. So that’s why I’m wearing them. For those who want to know if you want to get serious. If you really want to be professional mitochondria people you way these ones these are the red ones.
Yeah but wait I guess I need to I think I need to get what you got.
These ones are just those the orange ones.
Yeah. So again the lenses that we decided to go with and there’s lots of different manufacturers out there there’s a pigmentation infused inside the glass whereas a lot of other manufacturers would dip them into what they call BPI so it’s tempting kind of fluid and that will fight over time whereas they use again to stay the way they are the whole time. And so those who are concerned about 5G and the jump conduction we can talk about these are the ones that we’ve got for the kids. So you can squash really a bit of breaking stuff that you can think of.
Our girls and our girls and nearly ruined the ones they brought. So. So I’ll put them on because they’re a little small for my big bull’s head.
Yeah. So we’re getting adult sized ones. I actually like is the best side would get some adult sized ones will be happy so that I can just go throw them away. I know I’m not going to hurt him and then go outside so that the blue blocking glasses that are out now. There’s lots of manufacturers I’m saying you have to buy the ones we’re doing that. That’s up to you. The way you use and if people want to know who I am I’m a consultant.
My whole life I’ve been paid for giving advice. I don’t give bad advice. It was wasn’t I could paint.
I’m really thorough in finding out what works and what doesn’t work. Yeah.
And hopefully this helps people understand and you know they can feel who we are. No agenda we’re not full of shit. We’re doing the right thing. So can we get things wrong of course. Can we get better. Of course. But at the moment the products that we’re recommending are the best that I can find in the particular class they’re working in.
Yeah well I’ve even heard Jack Cruz give some acknowledgment to a big acknowledgement to your work and your findings as well.
And that says it’s not a blog about me last week.
Oh again. Well Jack and I you know we did a deal.
We did a deal that you know he’s gonna do things his way which is a lot different to mine and he’s the medical guy an environmental guy. Yeah. Get on the business guy. He’s the neurosurgeon. Yeah. Right. So I want to build a business that’s very collaborative. So I want everyone to win. I want our shareholders to win and I want our staff to win on what our contract is to win. I want our customers to win and most importantly I want the broader network the broader community to win. And this is the way I’m developing this company. Unfortunately it’s getting out too quickly. Thanks to Jack and we’re kind of trying to catch up so we’re a bit behind but hopefully in the end I think we’ll have a very strong business that everyone can benefit from it was through an affiliate commission if you’re involved in health or whether it’s just getting your kids to wear some cool glasses so that I stuff their eyes.
Yeah yeah. That’s one thing I must say about our girls. They. Because I think because they see us. We are the example for them. So they go they go to school and Eve our oldest one she’s eight. She’s always like got her glasses on inside. If we go the shopping center she goes oh I need to get my glasses first. And it’s and it’s so funny actually I want to ask you about this. It’s fascinating because we you know we we. Yesterday we think they were a little bit crazy they were. Of course they are being indoors most of the time and then we went to the shopping center. We have to buy shoes and a couple other things and they just started going berserk. And I had a bit of a giggle because Shane reading this book about how they did in the nineteen what what year were they are studying.
John art studies when they were looking for the rat. The rats get older animals getting aggressive at each other. That were in the in the blue light or in the pink light not in the natural light. And they were saying how they were remarking. They said they could never study it but they said that everyone remarked on how they would cannibalize their young or they would buy or they’d be irritable or just basically grumpy shitty animals.
It’s true. And he did some great work in classrooms as well if you type in Dr. John art. I did a classroom video will come up where he’s showing what happens to children under fluorescent lights versus those next to the window with the windows open. Which way the children. It’s phenomenal. This is all done in the 70s people. This is not new. We’ve known about this for a long long time. And yeah his work is remarkable. Yeah.
Yeah. I was absolutely gobsmacked. So what.
Is that just that the confusion of the messages that are beings in the mitochondria there’s a mismatch of the signals that your biology Erik’s experiencing. So they’re designed for nature so what signals to nature have. We have the full spectrum sunlight. So the colors of the rainbow then we have the invisible ones which the most important ones which is the infrared and on the other end the purple end is you. So they’re the invisible ones. Now that’s just the light frequencies. Then we have a whole range of other frequencies going from cosmic radiation right down to direct current which the sun emits and everything in between. So we’re being designed without technology to deal with sunlight and direct current energies from the sun. And then we designed the Schumann residence which is the heartbeat of Mother Earth. Even plants have frequencies animals and frequencies. This is what we evolved with for billions of years.
This is how we’re made. You can’t escape that fact.
So instead we go to shopping centers as used. And so watch children being exposed to now there. There is no natural frequencies it is zero. There are the very strong lights and so many different types of artificial light flashing advertising over there. You’ve got the big massive flurries above your head. You’ve got this shot with a different flashing disco kind of light to attract you to come in like this. They’re getting assaulted by everything their biology has never experienced. And now we have all these other artificial frequencies which are kind of like light and these are the electromagnetic fields that we used for communication. All of those are biologically hazardous to humans that are designed for us. And then you’re in a shopping center full of people they’re all on their phones. So you just got masses of artificial frequencies hitting them. The biology and the just go What the hell am I doing. He is not how I debate. So I’m going to become a ratbag and start driving mom crazy.
I mean the moms get angry and oh you know I’m just copping it as well. And it’s not just charades. It’s also your skin.
So people will laugh but I hope my wife thinks I’m quite nuts and maybe I am that she likes a lot of light on. She’s changing her ways that I could she say what’s happened to me my 20 chronic diseases to virtually zero in three years. She’s got shit what did he do. And she knows what I did. So I would put in someone thinking right. I know that my skin is being subjected to these artificial frequencies I know they absorb through the skin. It’s the biggest organ on the body. So I give a cricket whites out. I put them on for data. They turn the lights on. I put on my red glasses. I put on a hat as well because you don’t want the lights coming down through this gap here.

I mean I get it I get it is the interesting question.
Jason I was thinking about this the other day because I know you go through Jack’s work and you and I have had a chat before and talking about how we are affected on the skin. Is there a sunscreen. Is there not a sunscreen there is is there a cream you can wear to to block the blue. Yes I’d like.
There are the sunscreen I’ll do it. But the problem is if it gets stuck into pools. So you don’t want to do it. So just cover up or the other thing I do now is we had these red light panels. So these these red light panels and there’s lots of manufacturers they are not just pushing out more than anyone else is. The two frequencies that we use are rare in infrared frequencies. So these are the morning sunrise frequencies that we’re using. So I put one so if I’m watching TV and yes I do watch TV with cricket clothes and those glasses on but now I put a red light panel at the other end of the room so the TV is at this end and the red light panels on this end. So the red light is shining over me into the TV and balancing out all the extra blue light in my house. So basically we turn the house into a brothel.
Yeah that’s about our house is where the sun goes down and red lights come on.
Yeah it does make a difference. That that’s one of the things that we’ve been doing this now solidly for for six months and more than a year probably more longer than that.
I mean I’d always turned the lights off. We’d never had the red lights on. But we’re a lot more conscious of it now.
And yet like there is no doubt that it is affected our mood our sleep and everything like that. And I also know you mentioned the red light panels and also know that you know guys are shining these things on their bowls to get their testosterone levels up and they’re having massive success because of the because of what you mentioned before because of the non visible spectrums have a you know they have this rigidity the kind of effect.
So it’s bad. We also looked to three and a half thousand studies published peer reviewed studies on the benefits of red lobster. This is not new. It’s been around for a long time. Professor Hamilton that’s probably the number one authority on red light therapy. You know I think he’s good but he misses the most important thing is the sun works better than any red light. Right. I think it is better off going naked in the backyard with the morning sun and that’s going to work much better than any red light panel ever will. No he’ll disagree with that comment and he’s the number one academic. You know why.
Because he’s not the study that did it. And there’s no money in it.
The money in the sun for free.
We know that we’re designed perfectly with nature because we don’t appreciate is how well it actually works. 20 chronic diseases by going in the sun and eating we can do with eating oysters a day HIV if we want. Oh yes yes. Real life management and I had to clear out that it’s here there are bodies to some water we just sold every chronic disease.
Know nor did the same mistake. Yeah. You know it’s amazing. Just past 6:00 a.m. out of control. It’s inside.
And this is not like Jason or Jack making this shit up. Professor Doug was the number one mitochondria research in the world.
Go and read his stuff go and listen D. Now you want to have your science head on because he gets out. No. Ha ha. Yeah. It’s amazing what’s going on within the quantum network that we’re building. There’s a lot of quantum doctors coming over to this fight. So they’ve had a telepathic. Then they’ve gone to functional or different holistic. They’re not working anymore. They’ve added the quantum stuff to it and everything is now working.
Because lot of biology is around then how you interact with nature is that right.
Yeah it’s a cat in biology. How mitochondrial function is all to do with reconnecting to nature and minimizing a technology full stop. That’s all we.
So how do you minimize technology in a technology world.

Out in the universe I’m Jason. This is real. You’ve got to start addressing it. The number one brain cancer. Sorry that my cancer death in children is brain stem. It’s brain cancer principally tumors in children and.
When I was growing up was what of a total house of leukemia with some people linked to the ACA Calgary say a million. Does that mean that these artificial frequencies we know disrupt biology. How much and how bad is open for the debate. The research being done on it is pretty much over biased by industry and government towards the wireless industry as a matter of fact. Same with research a motor country and not an opposite of research money on on DNA is on the DNA genome but only 1 percent of modern country. How did I look at it they look all looking in the wrong spot.

So we know now that mobile phones use a lot of radio frequencies and Marco lives. Yeah. So why would I put that to my head. I wouldn’t know if I moved further away. So you can’t say that I’m still in my head. I this announcement. It’s gone down a lot. Yes. So what can we do. We can just to continue the science experiment so. We can get some headphones. Plug it in and what I love about these headphones is they’ve got an HD. They’re all tangled up but so. So this part here from the earpiece to the bottom is just a click to know why are they not taking the functions of the why India reads. So you’ve got an e gap as well right here is a metre long. So you can stand right back from your time. Wow. So you can manage. I’m not giving up my iPhone to anyone.

So. Okay. What is the way we get exposed to radiation. It’s through principally our head hit. The best way is your eye. The second best is your reached the radial order is in your wrist. So it’s going to freak out I go into wireless mode and my mode and it’s down right.
Yeah simple. So it was all people trying to ring me. I’m going. So you’re a slave to your time you’ve got to answer every time.

I get it but don’t carry it with it on in platter pocket or some silly women put it into their bra. The wonder why we’re getting a lot of breast cancer. Yeah. Why would you do that. But I’ve got my laptop so all the laptops have a Wi-Fi and there was a net connected. It’ll still stop. So you’ve got to turn it off. Wow. It’s starting. So my computer is looking now for a signal. It’s sending out its signal saying where is whereas the Wi-Fi connected whereas the Wi-Fi connector that Wi-Fi one because I’m going to make him a cable. So if I turn the Wi-Fi off I’ll put it on the airplane and go get it.
So let let me just reiterate this again because I think this is a really powerful example.
What. How bad is it when it goes into the red. What is it actually doing to the body when it goes up into the red.
So I’m not a doctor. Yes. And the science is not settled right.
What I think it does doesn’t mean that it’s 100 percent proven we know what ruins mitochondria. We know bad frequencies role modern country. There are thousands of studies done by pretty reputable scientists showing a whole range of problems with electromagnetic radiation from Brian fog to cancer.
If you go to a math warriors you should go to environmental health trust. There are thousands of papers that show these are an issue. I want to practise the precautionary principle. I want to minimize these frequencies as much as possible. I actually personally believe it’s the underlying cause of all illness not the. But the underlying cause. And it’s also the blue light. So the frequency mismatch so lack of natural too much artificial not just the months from mere communication but also the ones from our lots. That is the underlying cause of all disease. I know that to be true in my heart and I think we’re going to prove that in time. So I’m going to minimize my exposure to as May these frequencies as I can. So it’s just like you know how fast the activator of crocodile is going to be fast. The person next to me that.
I love. That sounds like you people might laugh at you and your cricket gear your red glasses and your head in the dead of night having dinner but is also behind yeah.
I won’t be the one you know down to surgery to get cancer cat out or having a heart attack.
Yeah I’ve only been there done that. I think what I now have is a big sky. He went out of classes I had third of my lip ripped out because of the cancer. I’ve been down that road.
I ain’t going back right and say old fallacy of slip slap slop.
It’s you know that the war on the sun is horrific. You know I’m sure in the next few weeks or months someone somewhere is going to ring me up and abuse the hell out of me. Some dermatologists or cancer council and you know I decided I’m there are now three major epidemiological studies that have shown been repeated three times now because no one believes it that the more sunlight you have the less morbidity and mortality is the less sick and death you get.
Yeah I’ve seen I’ve seen some of those studies Jason. Definitely not saying they exist yet.
So we know now that it’s a cure for everything. It’s a giver of all life. Why are we running scared of it now. What if you read that John O book a bit more carefully. You’ll find out way did the dermatologist say okay don’t tell me where did the original work come from. That might make you recommend that I never wear sunglasses they do put sunscreen on a night before the sun at all costs. Where did that original research come from.
And they won’t know.
I will not tell it OK it came from a study. Some babies are born with jaundice and they put them under an artificial light like a blue light to help with the Jordans and blue light can be healthy. It’s not all bad blue light some of those babies and especially some of the stats and studies in animals found it caused an eye cancer.
So I said are those lights.
Are you a use a causes cancer.
That’s where this meme started. So think about it is the sun moving. No. It does have day.
But 42 percent is red. The next biggest one is blue. Like not getting to purple which is that is the UVA range.
It’s only a small part of the sun so someone is naturally balanced perfectly designed for your biology to go in and do a study. Even doors on the artificial light and blinding the sun for causing that disease.
Unity. What. Come on. Like if you’re a genuine scientist you should shoot yourself.
Come on. This is ridiculous. So Jason the sun the sons.
I’ve heard from listening to different things and now studying and looking at the Sun the Sun’s obviously different down here because of the ozone layer is that like what. What’s your opinion on that like is the sun more powerful here and do we need to be a little bit more wary of the sun here than we would somewhere else.
Yes and no. Yes you need to be wary of the sun. Like you know my outside now at one o’clock in the afternoon with a U V index of probably 15 and a temperature of 37 degrees by the way. If you speak to the Australian originals what are they doing. Dude to in the middle of the day. They’re black as the ace of spades right. These guys are so black and they’ll be purple. They’re under a tree. What the hell am I going out there with my English skin. You know why in the world am I going to do that. So you don’t get burned getting burned is really stupid because it hurts. Does doesn’t actually cause skin cancer. Maybe repeated sunburn. Maybe but not definitely. It just hurts so don’t do it.
And what people don’t realize is that the sun is so beautifully designed with our biology that if you get AMS sunlight there since the original sun rise right. Right where it comes off the horizon that gives you a protective layer on your skin. It’s a natural sunscreen.
Wow so you’re designed to take in that red and infrared light build up the topology like a color the skin colors on. This is not melody. This is not making a go brand because you won’t get any brown out of red or inferring right. This is no movie in the morning sun. Zero. You’re not gonna get anything that gives you a natural sunscreen to allow you to cope with the midday sun.
I can tell you that. Yeah but then.
But a lot of the pushback we get is people are like oh I had to get up and so yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah I guess it is because I’ve said too I’ve said to people that the two things because people talk about bio hacking and unlike well we probably don’t need to buy a hack if we are getting natural you know lighten things up but I’ve said I don’t.
You can’t hack sunlight and you can’t hack sleep. Correct. The two the two things to me that’s strange is the language now. Well let the bio hacking community go and do their Ben Green tilting in which this guy actually did a biopsy live on stage. But Ben’s amazing God that I would not follow what he does. That’s make other people love him to death and think I’m ready and that’s fine. We want to craft our life with nature. We don’t want to hack it with supplements we don’t want to hack it with all these gadgets. You know I say all these meditation gadgets all using Bluetooth would like come on people like if you meditate you know that the you know the better our fifth theta and delta wavelengths go from point far to about 30 Hertz Hertz hate Z Bluetooth is two point four gigahertz. That’s 2 billion with a B billion Hertz and you’re putting in your friggin head. And you’re supposed to be doing between point five and 30. You think there’s a problem with that.
Wow well that’s an eye opener.
Yeah. So the earbuds that they all wear now I’m thinking I don’t have to. You’re nuts. What what would you do. What would you put two and a half billion words into your head when you trying to kill a state which is in single finger hurts. It just doesn’t make sense to me.
Very simple stuff. So that that reminds me about getting back to the DHEA.
Does that actually help buffer a lot of the true value is different to DHEA. Oh right. So oysters wear it twice now. Yes. OK.
So let let’s lay voices to the side because that’s the highest level of DHEA in any marine safety. That’s why I referred to them. But it could be muscles could be clamps and the next layer down would be crustaceans. So your crabs lobsters in a modern day bugs your prawns because it improvements but the crustaceans. And then you have your fish called fish called Water fishes higher. And then you go down to a tropical fish being the lowest level of DHEA. So what is the HIIT to make it three fatty acid. You see all the heart Agar to make its rays make it through. We only can get them in the right position. It’s called Ascend to position. If you eat seafood you can’t get it through algae. You can’t get it through Lindsey. You get a little bit through eggs a little bit in other areas but the only way you can really get it is through marine seafood.
The only way and it’s one that’s the only thing that I think it’s like 30 billion years it hasn’t changed their body. Critical. It makes up the cell membranes like your retina is full of DHEA. It can’t take all the right signals in without it DHEA is responsible for photo receptors communicating.
It’s just it’s it’s it’s the most important food that we need to eat. It’s the only one really that we can’t make in her own body. A lot of people think we we we need to have supplements on top all these things up and you have a compound chemist in your head it’ll make everything perfectly if you live properly. You don’t need any supplements at all. If you’re living properly now if you’re sick. Sure you can have a helping hand if you don’t do the foundational plan. If you don’t get your life management right minimize your technology actually drink a good water eat sensibly if you don’t have the foundational plan then taking supplements or medication will never make you well it won’t make you feel a bit better for a while but eventually very good chance to make you sicker.
That’s why Montel works so the difference between taking a DHEA supplement and having seafood so fishermen think about luck as official solitaire.
It’s not as it’s processed it converts into API or into another omega 3s side loses DHEA. It’s very sensitive to temperature so it’s going to be kept cold.

Yeah well I was going to ask you there’s there’s two questions that we ask everybody that we interview on a podcast.
I think you just kind of answered one but more refined. What is it what juices you what gets you up in the morning why why do you wake up every morning.
Every second person I know is sick everyone is suffering from something taking some supplemental some medication and no one seems to ask why. Yeah. That wasn’t happening in our parents age. Why. Because our environment has changed so much that our bodies could no longer handle it. And we try to supplement and drug our way to health. It’s not going to work. So we have to change our environment has to learn to live with this. We have to build resiliency within ourselves to cope with the environment that we have challenges.
We’ve chosen to use all these wireless technology that we called for. We line up for miles to get a new line of sight. Come on. We can take responsibility for this. We’re using technology now as to speak on on zoom on this on this techno. On this conference. So we asked for it.
So now we have to learn to live with it because I’ve worked it out I feel that I need to share. Yeah let’s start it off. So I wake up in the morning saying right. Who can we help today with this information. And I’m not going to preach. If you’re able to listen to it go away. I want to talk to. You got free will you can do what you want and if you want to look at an alternative way to build health and you know what have so much more fun. Yeah like it’s really fun to reconnect back to nature. Did it get real dough to meet a set of the hits from you know your Facebook messages you getting it from the sun. You feel amazing. People wonder why I feel so good when I go to the park or nature of the beach it’s because that’s what the body is screaming out for. So I get up in the morning.
That’s that’s one about you know one of our what about mandates in the business you know in our business is for people to enjoy the ride. You know like enjoy your life like you know cause same you know same for us is. Where we’re seeing people all around us and even at our age that are not hitting some of them hitting the skids with bull diseases but they’re just cranky and shitting and they’re just not enjoying their life. And you know we’ve often said to them like that it’s an energy and you know it’s an energy problem that that that you’ve got first off you know what did you do in your life Andrea.
Literally yes. So yes yes. And when we have no energy the lights turn off when the lights turn off you die.
Everything is energy in the atmosphere outwards in your body and getting back to your point. I have a functional movement trainer because remember I couldn’t walk. So it’s not just a back down and we do have to do movement have to exercise that much but you have to move and embrace like you guys are really really important stuff. So he’s going on to work with men’s health. And he’s telling me that so many and he’s about 26 that so many 20 year olds only 30 year olds with mental health issues and that’s an addiction they’re all office work but us working corporate. He said How do you know that. I said because traders don’t have mental health issues. And this guy smoked a pack of cigarettes a day and have six minutes for lunch because they’re outside that plant technology. That’s the worst health things ever. But I don’t have the mental health issues. They’re not suicidal they’re not depressed. They’re not you know freaking out with anxiety because they’re more connected to nature and have less technology. And he went Wow. You’re right. I don’t have any training so I’m not surprised.
Well that’s fascinate. We just did a podcast from mental health to mental habit talking about it’s the habits that’s causing the mental health issues you know or or lack thereof or lack thereof just letting sunlight water. Yeah. Yeah. Wow. OK. So the third thing the third the second and final question that I wanted to ask you. I think I’ve already kind of got my answer but I’d love for you to define it again. It’s a word like it with what you know of the people that you’ve worked with the thousands if not millions of people that you’ve come into contact with. What are the three key things. Three key habits that people can or that you do for yourself personally that move the needle the mess that might inspire somebody else.
Number one is morning sunrise if you need it as an entrepreneur.
We haven’t talked about business much here and it’s one of my favorite subjects. You want to own the morning. Every successful business owner owns the morning. Yeah. How Ellroy the miracle morning was a series of books on owning the morning. Now how doesn’t understand why it’s important to succeed in biology. But he gets hurt because it cured himself from cancer by doing it. Morning Sunrise. Get up.
Just please get up now. I know they’re all going to make the kids lunch and do this and do that. But you’re a mom and you manage to do it. Yeah right.
So I do drag out out recent warning that girls were awake at quarter to 3:00 and I didn’t sleep very well and I was a bit tired and cranky and because everybody was awake or like let’s just go see the sunrise. And boy I’ll tell you I laid there in Sunrise for about five 10 minutes and I got up and I did a power walk on the beach breathing through my nose and I felt I came back going.
All right I can do the day now and you’ll find to become addicted to the sunrise. We’re actually designed to be addicted to the sun. It is good policy. We have all these hormones that are generated because where we are wirelessly connected to the sun and hard wired to the earth we are addicted to the sun. Once you start doing it you keep getting up. Trust me. Yes. The second thing that moved the needle for me is you want to have a sleep sanctuary in your bedroom because what happens when you sleep your body repairs cells and even gets rid of the bad ones and you want to be able to do that. And the only way you can do that is by having a sleep sanctuary and your light management we’re in the red blue blockers and stuff. So you want to be pitch black. I mean you can’t see your head. So I made that that dark if you want to be as kind of careful as I am I turn off at the switch at the house the electricity rush the big guys crazy doing that we’ve been doing it for you know because you don’t want any artificial frequencies around you. Why is slipping an AC electricity is not DC. Nature is direct current you me the plants the animals the sun or direct current we thanks to Tesla decided to go I say pretty stupid but we did and now we live with it. So I turn it off in the bedrooms. You can turn a whole house off and you want just don’t open the fridge cause you lose it. You call so sleep sanctuaries is critically important. The third thing. Well that would be a dead heat for a few. So which farm. Well will I pick.
I think you can get an extra one if you want. Now I know the stick to the rules something that people might think is is important which I think is really critical is.
Turn off all negativity so turn off your TV. Get rid of those psychic vampire friends right. You just want to suck the life out of you. All they do is negative and they read. Even family.
I think that would be the third thing I would do. Never watch the news again.
If it’s that important you’ll hear about it.
So it removes your negativity out in the law suspicious like some shit is gonna happen in your life to help deal with it. But I mean the stuff you can deal with like if the news comes on when you’re driving could change a general right. Don’t listen to it listen to music make you happy. Yeah right. I would just cut I need to do with what’s the best thing.
