Although we spend most of our time and environments filled with electromagnetic fields or EMS. We rarely think about this kind of radiation exposure, but what effect are all these devices really having on our bodies? There’s growing evidence that our lifestyles could be causing adverse effects like headaches, ringing in the ears, lack of energy, weight gain, or worse.
One of the few people exploring this phenomenon is Jason Bowden Smith. Jason was a successful entrepreneur until he was struck down by 20 chronic illnesses. He healed himself and now he’s on a mission to help others via his books and talks on this episode number 192 Jason will reveal how he beat his own illnesses and how you can detoxify your environment and develop a healthier relationship to technology.

Yes we do. I was really inspired when I saw you present at a genius network meeting and you shared some really powerful information and you did some very powerful demonstrations to showing the EMF exposure that certain devices give off that we just don’t even think about. And you got me rethinking about getting an apple watch actually, which was on my, on my wishlist until I, I heard from you some of the implications of that.
02:32 Anyways, so let’s actually start off by sharing, if you will, your story of how you ended up getting sick and how you got yourself well again ’cause that’s a incredible story. Sure. But just by way of background, I’m not a medical doctor. I don’t treat diagnosed patients. I’m an environmental guy. So my background, so the audience appreciates where I’m coming from is I started a company cleaning up the environment. What your American audience would understand his superfund sites as a consultant, and that has grown into one of the biggest in the country.
Thanks to my partners and incredible staff. But my main education is science, applied science in environmental health. So I’m an expert like court of law testimony expert on the impact of the environment on human health that it two science degrees. I spent nearly eight years in academia or I published my original research on lead poisoning.
03:40 So I’m a toxicologist by profession and I didn’t learn anything about what I’m about to share. So don’t feel that I’ve never heard this. This can’t be true. This is the opposite of what I got taught because I came from that same position. And Stefan, if you remember from the Genius Network Talk, I started that we’d turn your BS made up onto full. I don’t want you to believe a word I’m saying. I really want you to look into this yourself. So with that said, what happened? Because I was a corporate guy, I’d get up really early, usually before the sun go into a city environment, work under artificial lights in front of a computer for 20-25 years. You know, as a company builder, when you start off, you spend a lot of time at work. So much so some of us sacrifice our family time, which we should not do.
04:38 By the way, that was a big mistake by me. Anyway, I over time, I just got a little bit sick. Nothing major, nothing that really stopped me. I have a very strong constitution. I’m not sure if it’s the Scottish background or the convict blood as they call us in Sydney where a lot of us were sent over from England as convicts and I just kept going and just keep going and just kept going. I was okay. Before you knew it, I was 150 kilos, which is about 240 pounds. I’m a pretty big guy anyway, but that’s why too heavy. And then one day my knees went. I could barely walk. MRI Scans, grateful cartilage so I could barely get around. Going down stairs, I had to walk like a crab, like side to side in complete pain. And I knew then I needed to do something. So then I went and got a full evaluation of biomedical and I found out I had cancer.
05:45 I had a small heart attack, I had diabetes, I had extreme high blood pressure, I had all these kind of awkward and more injuries and illnesses, but some people call them illnesses like Gout, plantar fasciitis. I had lots of back issues, ill for herniae to portray the DSC. I, I, it just went on and on and on and on. And I went, okay, this is serious. Particularly the cancer. There’s something about that word, the fear around that word that really shocks you. It shocks you to the core. So I went, okay, we need to address it now. My cancer was skin cancer, which is very common in Australia. Everyone wants to blame the sun, but I haven’t seen the sun for like 20 years now. Sure. On weekends. And of course I saw the sun. We’re a sunburnt country, so the sun’s everywhere, but I spend all my time inside and I didn’t get into nature like I used to as a kid. And I went to all the medical specialists.
06:46 I went to all the functional and alternative holistic style medicine. I did even tried some some herbs and Chinese and some alternative stuff and some of it worked a little bit, but nothing got me better. And I was facing surgery for the cancer and that is when there’s something I’m missing, there is something I’m missing. What am I missing? And I know it’s ironic, but I was there on the beach at sunrise and I got this inspiration to study physics and biology. And I went physics and biology? I’ve heard of bio-chemistry, but bio-physics? Really? And health? Come on. So you do, what you do. You go on your favorite search engine and you start typing away and looking and searching.
And I found this doctor, a neurosurgeon out of New Orleans is known as Doctor Jack Kruse, spelt with a k, and it was a podcast he did and I listened to it, and went, there’s something about this guy, there’s something about the message. There’s something about just the resonance I got from what he was saying. So I decided to join his community, and once I got in there, my head exploded because he teaches like quantum mechanics together with medicine. So you’re doing two of the hardest degrees on the planet by herself via computer, and that’s not how I learned. But the good news was he gave us some simple protocols and are all based around this DNA that many of you may have not heard of.
It’s called Mitochondria. Now, people might know the word Mitochondria and it’s something to do with energy in the cell, but I don’t realize that it’s a completely separate genome. You only get it from your mother’s side of the family. It’s not uniquely a China, which you get from both parents.
08:47 So wow, we’ve got a whole different set of day and I that there are literally hundreds to thousands like in your brain and heart cells that are many thousands of little Modicon via in every cell that you have. Some people say it makes up to 10 to 15% of our body weight. So why did my understand about this DNA? And I went, hmm. Anyway, listen to his protocols. So the’re all around improving mitochondrial function, but Wallace and several other very smart people have determined that 80 to 85% of all chronic illness is related to mitochondrial function, not in nuclear DNA. Kruse has upgraded that material and he says 95% of all chronic disease. We’re talking cancer, we’re talking Alzheimer’s, we’re talking heart disease, we’re talking auto immune, we’re talking all those chronic diseases that are really coming on strong in our society today at an incredible rights like every second person
09:54 I made is sick, and I didn’t know about it. And I’ve been studying this forever. You’ll find your medical practitioner will not know this information at the level that he or she needs to, not because they’re stupid or not because they don’t want to is that no one ever told them. And the reason they were never taught it was mitochondrial was discovered in 1970 as coming from your mother. So a lot of people have graduated in the 80s and 90s probably wouldn’t have had this information available so it’s fairly new.
The second reason is that our whole system, whether it’s in the US, the UK or Australia, is all centered around a DNA kind of drugs. Surgery methodology and the alternative medicine is similar. Instead of using drugs and surgery, they use massage and supplements. Quite similar based on bio-chemistry, never on bio-physics. So we’ve been rowing a boat with one row. Now bio-chemistry in DNA is critical.
11:00 Let’s not forget that we’re not throwing the baby out with the bath water here. We just have another day now we need to focus on because that DNA that gives us their energy and it also produces his special water that we need in our body to function, which we can get into later on. So I went and implemented these protocols, which we can go through in detail. Many of you know what they are already. You just start to realize how important they are. And by following these protocols and doing them properly, I have reversed virtually every chronic disease. Like I still have grateful cartilage damage in my knees because hard cartilage doesn’t grow back. Maybe the stem cell work and do that, but my soft cartilage has grown over it to protect it. So now I can walk up and down stairs. Am I ever going to be a hiker?
11:44 Of course not. The damage is done, but all the cancer is gone. The heart disease is gone, the blood pressure back to normal. Diabetes has gone all by doing these simple steps, which is essentially going to the beach and eating oysters. I’ll leave it with that, Stefan, cause I’m not sure you want to take it. So the gout and the plantar fasciitis, that’s gone as well? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I drink red wine. Not as much as I used to. No problem. I eat a lot of seafood, which a lot of people get out from, no problem. So there is absolutely no gout. I do have a gout treatment unrelated to this. I did manage it when I had it. If you want to share that, which is very simple, but I have nothing now. I have virtually zero pain and I lived my whole life in pain.
12:33 So you know, I do exercise. So mainly functional movement. I’m not into going to a gym at night. Exercising under lights with everyone, with all these artificial frequencies. That doesn’t make any sense to me at night at all. But I go to the beach every day, see the sunrise. I live in Sydney on the beach side suburb. Coogee beach and I’d go down there virtually every morning to see the sun and have a swim in the morning. Sunrise is critical for health. How [inaudible] taught us that with his miracle morning. He just doesn’t understand the physics behind why it works and I can’t wait to tell him that one day I’ve actually had hell on this podcast. Yeah, no, he’s great. He’s doing wonderful work and yeah, I will try and get in touch with him, but like you are really busy and all catch up eventually.
13:20 So the miracle morning is really, really important. You need to own your morning. It’s not just for the morning sunrise, it’s for all the reasons health talks about. The other thing I did on manage my light environment, so we are born naked and meant to live outside. We’ve forgotten that. That’s how we have evolved for billions of years. We did the opposite. We got too smart for our own good and said, now let’s build these houses, put air conditioning in them and we will live in creature comfort 24 seven we’ll go outside if we have to, but if we do we’ll get round up if it’s cold or if it’s in summer we’ll put sunscreen on and hats on and sunglasses and we’ll never expose our body to the natural frequencies in which we were designed to live. Yeah, we sit indoors like set in front of a computer all day.
14:13 I do a lot of that and you know, I’ve heard the expression sitting is the new smoking, so I got a standing desk but then I don’t use it enough. I met, it’s usually in the sitting configuration and I don’t go out much so I don’t see a lot of the sun and I don’t touch the ground with my bare feet hardly ever. So that’s also I know important that grounding to the earth sort of thing. And I know these things. I know I should be doing them. But then I get caught up with the busy ness of life and deadlines and client work and so forth. And then I just realized, wow, that week just flew past. I didn’t, if I don’t have appointments with my trainer to go to the gym and meet him there, I won’t go to the gym because I just always so full up with work.
15:05 So I’m sure that some of our listeners can relate to this. So I was the Stefan, but it’s when you get cancer, well you have a heart attack. Well, you have some new age degenerative disease, thorough and goes, you know, other diseases manifest, it becomes a priority. Yeah. So you and your listeners need to make a decision. What we have learned with Mitochondria is the effects a nonlinear. So it was not a gradual process where you know, you feel a little bit worse, a little bit worse, a little worse than then you get sick. You will just one day wake up and you will have Hashimoto’s or you’ll have an autoimmune or you’ll have some serious heart attack. You know you have a pain, it becomes cancer. It won’t happen gradually. It’ll happen instantly. So if you lose your health, you lose everything. Yup.
16:04 Who has his health has a thousand wishes here. Doesn’t has only one. Yeah, I remember that. Joe Polish sharing that quote, the Mosler, the one liner. I love Joe for that. So I don’t want people to be where I was. I want you to change your lifestyle now you don’t have to do it every day, but you have to put nature as priority. Not as a secondary, but you built up a very successful large business. Like you don’t have to share any numbers, but I’m guessing it’s like a significant eight figure business. And would you have been able to build it to that degree if, if you reject your priorities along the lines of what are focused on now? At the time? No, because I didn’t know what I know now, but I’m starting and global company again, so I’m doing it again this time I’m doing it from home.
17:00 Technology has allowed us to do things that we could never do before, so when I started in [inaudible] 95 we didn’t have a mobile phone, let alone Skype and zoom that we’re using now to communicate across the world for Frazier. So no, back then I couldn’t, but today I definitely could and I would just suggest to people that just got to re prioritize a couple of things. The first thing is we’d like to get up early. As entrepreneurs, that’s who we are. Make sure you’re seeing the sunrise. I really don’t care if it’s five minutes, but if you can see the sunrise or just the morning sun, if there’s a building blocking yet, that will really help really, really help because all those signals from the son tell your body what to do. This is really important. How does it tomato? No wind to the sun, tills it, the sun since similar signals to us that communicates through all these photo receptors through our skin and error.
17:57 Eyes and tills are Mitochondria, what to do and the Mitochondria till the body. I had a function which keeps our d and I, you know, working properly. So do that when you get to work. What would not work in a city anymore? The non native EMF. So there’s natural electromagnetic frequencies from the sun. You mentioned the grounding, which is a Schumann resonance from the earth, which gives you regulates all your electrons. That’s why I want to be barefoot walking on the grass in the morning we were saying the son or the beach, it’s better. Park is fine. I wouldn’t work in the city now because I have a little AMF, Meda and I test what’s going on. And the levels of artificial frequencies we have in our cities is now at levels that are biology can no longer handle contrary to health. You know, a lot of people think, well this AMF wireless, you know, bloated stuff.
18:51 We’ve been told it’s not a problem, everything’s fine. And that’s not true. It’s just I thought that, and remember I’m an environmental scientist. I thought this stuff was not a biological problem, so I dug deep and I wrote a book about a code in the dark, which you combine raid, but the number one book for the Nice size that they’re for the professional scientists and for the medical people and even those who want to listen to an expert, which I am not on just the recovering patient with a bit of knowledge about the environment. It’s a guy called Angel Marino. The book’s called going somewhere. He is the number one researcher in the world. He spent 50 years of his life studying this. He worked under a brilliant scientist, maybe one of America’s very best sizes could Robert, oh Becca who was his right hand men in the early days.
19:41 He wrote a lot of books around how electricity works within the body. We are literally photo electronic beings. We are not just the bag of chemicals. We have both. So you need to read that book. He then became a lawyer and he’s, once you read it, you’re trying your mind forever. The other thing is how do you feel after you’ve been in a corporate indoor environment all day? Do you leave refreshed feeling, wow, you know, I’m feeling grotty now. You feel like you really do.
You need to stand a minute cause you’ve got used to it and you’d just, when you go to the beach or go for a walk in nature headier feel if you’re wonderful, it’s because we’re designed with natural frequencies and we’re not designed for these artificial frequencies. A little bit of them we can cope with like it’s not as if you’re going to get instant problems, but if you swim in it all day like I did for 25 30 years, then you’re pretty much now are going to get some kind of mitochondrial dysfunction.
20:39 I see it all the time in corporate people. You know, my personal trainer does a lot of work with younger males helping them, not just physical but also mental. And I said, I bet you’re all your patients are all corporate people and none of them are tradesmen. He said, how did you know that? I said, well, tradesman work outside there in the sun all day and they’re the guys who had the worst diet. They drink too much, they smoke all day, but yet then I get sick, particularly the mental illnesses. So you and I want to have for mental clarity, we want to be as sharp as we can. We want to be the best we can be. You can’t do that swimming in his unofficial frequencies, so at home what I’m talking or now is it Ethan it cabled computer. There was no wireless in my house.
21:25 I do not use Bluetooth. One of the best examples to understand those frequencies is understand meditation. Now, a lot of your audience, I’m sure you’ve probably had a couple of meditation people on the podcast and it’s very useful to calm your mind as a relaxed and stress management strategy. Your brain works between 0.5 hertz and 30 Hertz did the different brain states you have, you start off at Bader than the Alpha and theta and then delta, so that’s a con, a zero to 30 hertz and mitochondrial frequencies run at a hundred hertz. Single agent said, why would anyone put a blue tooth he bad in their ears that run it 2.4 billion hertz and think that’s not going to cause a problem. I can understand what he will do that they do it because they don’t know. And if they look at the warning signs in the RF, you can go into your iPhone or any of these fines.
22:26 They all have warnings. Do not touch the phone. It doesn’t say that. It says Cape it a few millimeters away from your body. That’s what it says. Yet people put 2.4 billion iPads into their ears right next to there, Brian, and wonder why we have all these, you know, degenerative diseases, why we have, you know, suicide rights and out 19 to 25 year olds as the number one cause of death today. This is ridiculous. Why are kids getting diabetes or their frequencies they’re living in now are what they’re designed to be. So we need to switch over and start managing it now. I’m not every technology. I saw my first company, which was an analytical technology company for $5 million. I love technology. I love that I can talk to you, Stefan, on the other side of the world and we can have a great conversation.
23:21 People can listen in. I love it. It’s great. Why would I give up technology? Not In your life. Am I giving up my iPhone? Not In your life. Am I giving up my computer? I just want to manage it. I just want to minimize my exposure. Just like electricity, like we use to 40 volts in Australia, not one 10 so what do we do to stop it? We put the why’s behind walls. We put electrical plugs into the outlets so the kids don’t stick in them and we put up a switch, an automatic switch on our box electrical box. So it cuts off automatically when something goes wrong. But we live with, this has a 24 seven we just learned how to manage it and that’s what I’m advocating for people to do now is just minimize their exposure to these frequencies and maximize their natural.
24:08 Amen. So you can build a massive business right here. Right now I’m living proof. I’m going to build a global company based on this information and with some products and I’m going to do it from this room, which is a spare room in my house. Yeah. Awesome. And one of those products as a an EMF meter, a little handheld device which you gave me, one of which represent, thank you. And I was really surprised to find that a lot of my devices, even when they’re on airplane mode or still emitting EMF radiation and in the yellow and sometimes in the red zone like okay, if I turn it on airplane mode, my, my iPhone, I’m still dousing myself with EMF radiation. And that’s because airplane mode still enables by default the Wifi. And so it’s trying to connect or is connecting to Wifi even though it’s not connecting to the cellular network.
25:14 So that needs to get switched completely to full airplane mode, no Bluetooth and no Wifi. And then the uh, the meter shows a more reasonable level. But then also my laptop is emitting EMS and I’ll use wifi. I don’t have everything all wired up so that I’m, I’m using ether not. And when you presented at genius network, you know, a month before last, I remember doctor Ben Lynch who I respect a lot and uh, he chimed in and said this is not bs. This is the real, and my family is also a wired household. We do not have wireless in the house. This isn’t crackpot stuff like tin foil hat stuff. This is real and it’s epidemic what we’re suffering as a society in terms of diseases that we’re not a big problem in the past we have created for ourselves a society full of cancer and heart disease and diabetes and high blood pressure and all that stuff that you’re talking about, including a lot of things that you suffered from.
26:28 It’s severe. And we got to do something pretty drastic, especially with the sweeping changes coming around, like going from four g LTE to five g and everything has a lot of implications here. And the closer you get to your body, the more the effect, right? So it’s like a geometric impact. It’s called the inverse square law. So a rule of thumb is you devil, the decent shut half the dose. So the third year a y. So fuel iPhone is a major life from UCI. Three fate. I’ll speak American, uh, three feet away with a headset, like a just ear buds that connect by wire. And the last part of the wire is an h tube. That’s what I’ll use. So you’re not learning the wiring. I water your head. There’s an air gap. Then I’m getting very minimal exposure. So I make all my phone calls using a wired headset.
27:25 Oh wide ebooks. And that’s fun. That is fun. Your exposure is very normal. You know, it’s not going to cause any major problem. What we have that scares me the most is we’re hell bent on everything being smart, smart appliances, smart meters, smart cities, and we’re literally rolling out what they’re calling the internet of things, which are these wifi enabled gadgets, whether it’s Alexa, whether it’s a new washing machine and you toast all the appliances in your house. Now come ready made with these chips in them. Many of those appliances, if you take that shit out, the appliance no longer works because they want to track all your energy use and they want to regulate you. I’m not going to go into all the control and privacy issues that that relates to. All I’m concerned about is that we’re going from having so Wifi and Bluetooth in a few devices to having every frigging appliance with one of these chips and it’s just insane the levels that people are going to live with without knowing they’re going to be so high that eventually they’re going to have some sort of mitochondrial dysfunction.
28:38 That’s why I want everyone to have a moderate meda. There’s lady meth made. It’s cause she don’t really know because it’s invisible. We can’t hear it. You can’t feel it. You can’t taste it. Some people can. There is a group and a growing group of the population and it’s a disease called electronic hypersensitivity. Like people are allergic to peanuts, they’re allergic to these non native illiterate and energetic fields and they can’t do anything. I mean their life is tragic and everyone thinks it’s in their head. It’s not a real element. It’s a real disease. I’ve met these people. They are literally allergic to modern society in a, why is this related to the, uh, the fact that some people get migraines when they’re under fluorescent lights and don’t forget it’s the artificial lights that are just, that was the biggest problem we had. Now I think with the rollout of five g in the Internet of things, I think the, this column that the wireless devices are probably going to be a bigger problem, but artificial light, we should talk about that a little bit because, so what do you do in the office?
29:38 You’ve got these fluorescent lights above your head and your whole body is being exposed. Well, if you’ve got clothes on, your skin might be exposed. So we wear these blue blocking glasses. Now everyone might have seen the red ones that you wear at night, but they’ve now got some really good technology that blocks about 30 to 50% of the led range, which is most harmful, which is around the four 55 nanometers. So the great thing about these blue blocking lenses is they don’t disrupt color and you have perfect vision. So if you’re a graphic designer or someone who’s doing detailed drawings or just spending a lot of time on the computer, you don’t have to have the red ones or the yellow ones will just distort your ability to see. So that’s something I’d be wearing. I’d also wear a hat. It’s kind of you do everything you were told to do outside to do inside and the opposite.
30:31 So if I was in a cause I don’t turn the lights on and all in my office, I have natural windows, then I can open them and have natural light. But I’d wear a hat because the receptors in your eye, a lot of them at the very top of your eye. And some of the glasses don’t block light coming in through OVR eyebrow. So I’d just wear a baseball cap and protect my eyes that way. Yeah, used to be one of those cool hipster tech guys. Right. And then I was in the office. I would go out now, we used to call it smoke outbreaks in the old days where even go out for a cigarette. So now we call them sunrise. So you just go out and just spend 10 minutes in the sun, just 10 minutes, and then for lunch, go over to the local park.
31:17 If there’s one around, take your shoes off an HSA image in the sun. So just let your body know that yes, I’m back in where I’m meant to be. And you’ll find that 45 minutes of tech exposure is a middle righted with 15 minutes of nature exposure. Nature’s is always going to be better for you, so it’s three to one more powerful. So if you can just get some breaks when you’re working in a city office, that would be really, really helpful. The other thing I would do in the city is I would do float tanks. I know this is everyone’s going off. What tanks? Why float tanks? Couple of reasons. Water is a natural faraday cage. A faraday cage is a, it used to be a middle cage and put around yourself to stop any frequencies coming in. What is a natural faraday cage?
32:06 And the great thing about float tanks is it takes away all sensory perception and we are overdose. There are sensors are just getting freaked out by all these frequencies, not even the ones you feel. Yeah, you can’t feel this stuff. So if you go spend half an hour or 15 minutes in a float tank, it gives your body a bright, make sure if you can handle it and you’re not claustrophobic. Turned the lights off cause they all have blue lights in the um, artificial lights in the tank. Hopefully the manufacturers will start putting in the, the near infrared and red lights, which are great because they mimicked the morning sunrise. Say Morning Sunrise is, is infrared and red. The UV doesn’t apy until it gets to about eight to 10 degrees in the sky. The Sun, which is depends where you are, but rule of thumb an hour after sunrise.
32:56 So you don’t want the artificial light in the float tank that will give your body a rest and we think this is going to be a very good strategy for people living in cities just to do that twice a week just to give your body a break. So now I highly endorse going to float tank. Say I had a profound spiritual experience, in fact in a float tank at just float and Pasadena. Really great facility by the way. And yeah, it’s just, it’s really powerful to turn off all of the senses and just go inward and be receptive and not having an agenda or anything. It was really powerful. Now when you are outside, what if you’re wearing sunglasses? I have heard that’s not a good thing, right? Well it is the worst thing to do outside now it was going to go, oh, I can’t go sort of the sunglasses all I can hear them all complaining now.
33:54 I was the same. I will sunglasses more than I wore underpants. I was addicted to them. It was always great becayse your wallet and your sunglasses. It would not leave the house without it. Now I live in a very sunny country, may part from the Sahara desert, probably one of the most plentiful sunshine in the world. And we were told that you must wear sunglasses or you’re going to get blind. That was pretty much the message we got as kids. So we automatically Wilson losses. Now what people don’t understand is that we have all these receptors in our eyes is what we set as we have. We have UV receptors in our eyes. We are designed to take UV light inside our eyeballs. This is part of the biophysics we talk about, which I’m not going to get into all the medical stuff because we’ll lose the audience and it’ll take too much time.
34:49 But we have UV receptors in our eyes. Why are we putting something between the sun and our eyes if they’ve got receptors designed to accept those particular frequencies? It doesn’t make any sense. I have not worn sunglasses of three years. Now. The two exceptions cause I don’t want people to get our damage. Exception number one is if I’m fishing particularly in the morning and the sun is beating off the glossy, see and I want to see that king kingfish that I want to get up before the sharks get it. I wear polarized sunglasses one so I can see the fish and get it out of the water as quick as possible. But two, because the glare is too much. Yeah. The second time I’d wear sunglasses is scaling it. Don’t want to go snow blind. It’s the same reflecting. It’s actually probably worse was now. So why you’re skiing with them, but when you’re on the leisure to going up, take them, put them on the top of your head and just get some natural light into your eyes while you’re doing that and then put them down.
35:46 When you’re focused on looking at beds, it’s a ground so you don’t need a train or something. So there are two exceptions. Other than that, you will never wear sunglasses again if you sign well, it’s two glary where I had the hat. That’s why I got The Sun Vision in your motor vehicle for right. That’s what it’s saying. The same with the hat be can block most of the direct sunlight in the morning for those growing or you’re tell us what’s the sun in the morning. I’m only telling you to watch the sunrise. That’s what I’m telling you to watch. I’m not telling you to watch when the sun’s comes above the horizon because I don’t want anyone staring at a UV sun. There’s no UV for at least half an hour. Usually more than that. But you safe for about half an hour. So you know one of the tricks someone taught me is look between the horizon and son but just allow it a little bit or look to the side.
36:35 So don’t stare at the sun during the middle of the day. That is just stupid. He had that as it comes to sunburn like even guys are, we’re going to get sunburn. The reason we get sunburn is cause a lot of us are born in northern European heritage and we think we can walk into the sun after being inside for awake. But piling white and we think we can do be in the sun for an hour. And besides we can’t because our son hasn’t got what they call a callous. We have a natural topological Kellison now skin. And you know the number one son motion is that Nycha garrison frayed morning sun. The morning sun improves the skin callous and you purposely designed it so that you can be in the strongest sun during the day. Nature is amazing when you understand how it works. So the Morningside is not just about circadian biology that we talked about before.
37:30 It’s actually a natural sunscreen. So you just got to do it gradually. You don’t want to get sunburn, not because of your cancer is because it hurts and you can’t slate tank, it’s that don’t use sunscreen, just use clothing. Um, use, we call them a rash in Australia. I’m not sure what the clothing’s caught over there. We’ll just sit under the tray like we are native peoples of Australia. Aboriginals, they, I’m black. I mean these guys had jet black and they don’t sit outside in the middle of the night. And I know that sounds too strong. So there’s times just be sensible for those who think, oh well this guy’s full of it. And I thought I was as well when I went this, I trace back the original science. Remember I’m a double degree side is I’ve got an idea, I really have to know what’s going on.
38:17 So I tried to back the original paper, the broad about no, this craziness about having a war on the sun and it was a paper used. Now babies get jaundice when they’re born and they use that official might to improve their condition that were using UV lamps on mice, on baby mice. And the mice developed I cancer. So they write this paper up and said, Ron, we can’t use UV any more directly for any of these treatments because it causes cancer. So then the medical community decided, ah, the sons got UV so he can’t go in the sun, but they forgot to tell you. The sons also got all the colors of the rainbow. That pink Floyd album, you know the prison on the dark side of the moon. You can see all those different colors we have in a rainbow. Plus it has red and infrared light as well.
39:12 It’s perfectly balanced. 43% of all sunlight is red and infrared. It’s perfectly balanced. The UV is balanced with the red, so it’s not going to harm you. In fact, there are literally tens of thousands of published studies that show that sunlight is super beneficial for nearly every condition. There’s been three metro analysis done. Actually I think it’s six now. It no one believes it can be true. That’s all cause modality, so that means that sunlight reduces every disease. The incident of every disease is lowered by county in sunlight. It’s very important. So no sunglasses. I’m sorry, that’s a long winded answer to that question, but I think people need to know that knowledge. Yeah, I’m just thinking about my hospital environments and nursing homes. I would implicate the nursing home that my mother was in and her death, she ended up getting pneumonia and then she got sent off to your hospital and then she aspirated and in the early morning trying to pull out the feeding tube.
40:16 It’s horrible and it’s all the opposite of what you were describing of the things that we need for our health, the natural light, the sun, the grounding, our feet touching the earth, like none of that’s available in a hospital environment or nursing home and it’s terrible. It’s not a healthy environment. It’s like a place where you go to die. Stefan, I can’t tell you how I can tell you. I’ll tell you a couple of stories. The most powerful one, I spend a fair bit of time now with what I call quantum doctors. So there’s a medical to the allopathic trained for medical doctors or in training who had now woken up to this quantum electrodynamics. This is a technical word for biophysics and how the body works with all these frequencies from the sun and the receptors and explaining in deep, deep data, I mean incredible data.
41:13 It’ll blow your mind any disease you have talked to the disease and the words Doctor Jack Kruse in the same search and you will get information that will just blow you away. But the main point I want to talk about is I had dinner with three young medical doctors at a quantum medical retreat in Mexico just before genius network. And I can’t repeat exactly what they told me because it’s in confidence, but I will say that the environment in which they find themselves doing training, the way in which they are taught is they can’t do their job. They signed an oath not to do any harm. So there’s so conflicted because they know this new information and they can’t implement it because they are nearly failed their degree. So they broke down, they were in tears, just so upset because all these hospitals have all the latest gadgets or those lighters gadgets have waters frequencies.
42:15 Their work environment is literally killing them. And I said that word and I went really that bad. I said, Jason, you have no idea. All our fellow students, and these are teenagers and early twenties right there, young medical people, and they’re saying they’re all sin and they look at us and we’re healthy. And that kind of understand why we start to tell them and they go, but that’s the opposite of what we’re being taught. And they’re saying, no, you need to understand this other stuff as well. So whether it’s the young doctors at university and the hospital systems, whether it’s our kids in school like schools and now taught via computer in Australia, these computers are wireless, not a ethnic connected. They’re inside under artificial light. And now we’ve got recalled rights of suicide in young people like Evan guys are copied late, could ease it’s date deep science and you need all the week.
43:13 We can send you the information, you can join our community where we’re going to talk about all this stuff cause we want to prove it. The science is there, it’s just new. And a lot of people just haven’t read it and they all Poopoo poopooed oh you’re crazy. You’re a tinfoil hat. No we’re not. He just every type guys who, you know go the 40 we drink beers with our mates when normal people who run successful businesses. We’re not making this stuff up. This is not something that I would say if it wasn’t important and secondly, we didn’t have solutions and we do remember we are not anti-tech. We’re just about safe technology and we can now make it safe or at least to ourselves. I don’t know what we can do for the broader population. My prediction, they’re actually not my predictions. They’re Dr. Jack Kruse’s prediction.
44:00 He’s saying the incidents of these diseases we’re going to see are going to skyrocket in the next three to five years as we roll out more of this technology. It may get to a point because I measure all the time that I need to leave Sydney and go move to the country because of artificial frequencies is too high. They’re going to be fired in my house, but I live in a free standing house next to a galley with lots of trees, but many people in the city live in apartment blocks and everyone’s got too many devices and yeah, maybe too much we’ll say. Yeah. I know that a Luke story who’s a friend of mine and has his own podcast about biohacking, he interviewed Doctor Jack Kruse by the way. A great episode. I listened to those and Lucas gonna like move away out of the city when 5G comes ’cause it’s coming to all of LA. We’re one of the first cities that are going to be getting at this year.
44:58 It’s a pretty frightening and as options get taken away from us, like in incandescent bulbs are no longer an option for most of us. We have to buy LED or I guess we could get halogen, which would be better than LED. But uh, you know, in incandescent has not an option from my understanding anymore. You can buy them but that is sold as animal lights or reptile lights. But you got to search for them. They’re not just hop at the shop and get them. Well see two things happen have maybe LED get a lot better. Pretty smart engineers out there. When they give them the right specifications. We’re amazing people. We can do amazing stuff and I’m very confident that our engineers and our scientists will find all the solutions so we could live. You know, technology life, because I love the productivity, right. I love the efficiency.
45:47 I’m not going to give that up, but it’s going to tell the engineer’s how about we design it on this specification rather than the ones you’re using now and for the parents out there. I just want to mention one technology that you would [inaudible] with me, the she, Stefan, and we saw the eSports and the revolution coming in in virtual reality and augmented reality and the new headsets becoming, yeah, it’s amazing. It’s totally amazing. I get it. It’s incredible. These kids are getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to play computer games. It’s a massive industry with pop concerts, it’s incredible, but all the technology they’re using, especially the wireless headsets, you can use a seeks need, Giga Hertz frequency. This is the 5G because they need the speed. They can’t have the latency because the signals are going to upload quicker because you’re now playing live games and so forth.
46:43 Then they’ve got that blue lights staring him straight in the idol. That technology. Well there’s no why I would use that more than a couple of minutes. No, why? I’m really concerned about that. They didn’t get a chance to speak to the hollow lens and the other people. But you know, people say that on a luddite. But I, I tend to 83 60 but the number one futuristic conference in the world and I’ve been at the amazing. And how long have you been gone? Six needs six years. Wow. That was my first year. And for the listeners who aren’t familiar with [inaudible], it’s abundance three 60 it’s put on by Peter Diamandis, the author of bold and abundance to really fantastic books, bestsellers, and it’s all futures tech stuff that’s coming that’s going to completely revolutionize everything. And it’s like you get a front row seat to what’s coming in the next three to five to even 10 years.
47:42 And then you can build a business around these opportunities that you get a sneak peek into. So that’s abundance three 60 and it’s $15,000 to that three day event. And the people that are amazing as well. Yeah. But I’m sure if we spoke to the engineer’s Mike in those devices that could fix it. We could use different frequencies. We could use different category and we could do different things to get it done. It’s just we’ve been told by industry and government that none of these frequencies really harm you unless I hate you up too much thermal. That is just not true. It’s never been true. We’ve known about it for 30 40 years. It’s all been hashed up and no money is being given to anyone to do any decent research other than the show is not a problem. It’s just horrific. So we need to reach out to these engineers, listening to the scientists listening today.
48:36 There’s a great opportunity for you guys to fix this problem and I want you to start thinking about it because we’re about to see an epidemic of, we’re already got it. We’ve already got serious diseases, but now we get a get an their kids cause the joke. So we need to step it up gauze and stop reinventing the wheel. Yeah. Okay. So we only have a few minutes left. Let’s go to a lightening round and cover a few topics we didn’t get to yet. Oysters, what is it about oysters that makes some so healthy or helpful? Dhi. So mega three fatty acids you’ve heard about. There’s one called Dha, which is the most important men. Mega fatty acid. You can only get it through seafood. You can’t get it from a pill cause it gets converted in manufacturing to Ili. So the number one source of Dha is oysters on.
49:23 Never really liked them. I liked them now, but I took them as medicine. I stray doesn’t awake if you don’t like who is, you’ve got all your other crustaceans, which are high in Dha, lobsters, crabs, shrimp, prawns, fish, cold water. Fish would be the next layer down. Those who are scared about mercury in Fukushima, it’s the nonissue. Really. It’s a nonissue. Specs is no mercury in oysters. Even in the sharks and the really top Predator fish, they may be too much. I wouldn’t eat them, but most efficient. It’s just such a scam. I just would eat as much as you can. Should be a number one protein source. Also the minerals, the selenium in the ordained and all those essential minerals. So that’s why why does the body need it? We can’t make Dha. We have a compound chemist in our brain that compounds. Kim is going to make everything pretty much that we get as a supplement.
50:15 That’s why I don’t take supplements because I’m poly can make it all as long as it gets the right frequencies and the right border. Oh, I could go on all day, but I’m sure you’ve got more questions. Okay, so, uh, the right water. Let’s talk about that briefly. What the heck is deuterium depleted water and why do we need to be concerned about that? Number one takeaway, it’s the water you make, not the water you drink. Our Mod cons you might institute and the polluted water. When I’m mitochondria dysfunctional, we can’t Mike, when we caught my kid, you know, they get sick and they die off. Too many die off. We get diseases, too many mitochondria in cells die off we die. So if your body can’t make detuned a plate of water, what are you going to do to fix that? One is you’ve got to do what you just said.
50:59 Go to [inaudible] technology. Your body can fix itself. You need to have more good fats in your diet, whether that’s avocado or whether that’s biking, it doesn’t really matter. That’s a better for our mitochondria to make water and energy than carbohydrates and grinds, et cetera. The medical option is to drink deuterium depleted water, which is hard to get. We are looking at building plants in America to make this some medicine. It’s not really medicine, it’s just water. But Jack calls at the most powerful medicine in the world and when you’re thinking about water generally is what do you, what comes at e? What’s in your arm when you come out of a surgery, a drip, cylon drip. So hydration is really important. If you use sits here in the polluted water, you just have a much better effect. It’s a podcast in itself, Stefan’s, I’ll just leave it there.
51:48 So that’s the water. So it’s very important that our listeners look into this. And to getting some deuterium depleted water or at least becoming more educated around the water that we make that are our cells make versus just, you know, that it’s great to take in an alkaline water and live springwater and that sort of thing. Those, those are great options, much better than drinking Aquafina or something and we need to become much more educated than just that. The number one thing for water is fluoride. Fluoride is a, has a Auntie Donna took effect, so we’re not going to talk about redox potential and get into all the signs, but our cells have a natural electrical charge when it’s fully charged, nothing can get into my cell. No night containment Nigella false site from Rhonda known metals, none of the Nazis can get into a cell that is getting excluded out naturally throughout detoxification systems.
52:45 The redox must be maintained high. Fluoride destroys redox potential. Other things do as well, like all these frequencies we’re talking about, so just make sure your water doesn’t have fluoride. What I personally do, I drink spring water and if I do have a filtration system, I would make sure it has a remineralize a off to the end because RO, which is really what you need to use to get rid of fluoride takes everything else. So you’ve got to put the minerals back in. So that’s what I do for water. RO a stands for reverse osmosis. Yes. Correct. Sorry for being so technical. No, no worries. Well we have a technical audience so they love this stuff. All right. So last super quick question. Where did the heck do you get air tubes to replace those unhealthy uh, airpods, uh, that we stick in our ears are wireless talking air tube headset and there’ll be simple manufacturers.
